Mr. David Morris has Been Appointed to the Board of Directors of Laurentian Bank
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct. 31, 2017) - Ms. Isabelle Courville, Chair of the Board of Directors of
Laurentian Bank (TSX:LB), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Morris as Director.
Mr. Morris' extensive professional experience combined with his comprehensive knowledge of financial disclosure and accounting
will contribute to the expertise and depth of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
Mr. Morris has worked for more than 40 years in the field of consulting at Deloitte. As a senior partner, he oversaw the
external audit of several large public companies, particularly in the financial services sector.
Mr. Morris will sit on the audit committee of the Bank.
