management team in the role of President and CEO of Global Li-ION Graphite. His wide ranging experience in the industry, will
greatly benefit the Company in its pursuit to becoming a leading producer of the raw materials essential to the bourgeoning energy
storage revolution now underway. In addition to the goal of producing graphite the company is also exploring opportunities in the

director and President of VMS Ventures Corp., and involved in all aspects of the company from discovery to commercial
production of the Reed Copper Mine in Manitoba.
