Sterling Construction Announces a Director Retirement
Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL) (“Sterling” or “the Company”) today announced that Paul Varello will retire
from the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2017.
Mr. Varello has been a member of Sterling’s Board since 2014. He served as the Chairman of the Board from December 2014 to
February 2015 and as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from February 2015 to April 2017.
