Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share and OP Unit payable on January 23, 2018 to holders of
record on January 9, 2018. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of
$0.72 per share representing a 12.5% increase from the previous annual dividend rate of
$0.64 per share.
