Citi Appointed Successor Depositary Bank for Transportadora de Gas del Sur’s ADR Program
Citi’s Issuer Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A., has been appointed by Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS”)
as successor depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program.
TGS’s ADRs are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TGS.” Each ADR represents five shares of TGS. TGS’s
underlying shares are listed on the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.
