of Faith, is ready to update current shareholders and potential shareholders as to the distribution of Leaf of Faith shares to V
Group shareholders.
As stated in a press release dated August 24, 2017, V Group announced its intention to spin-off Leaf of Faith creating a
separate Publicly Trading Company in which V Group shareholders will participate in the offering.
V Group, Inc. is prepared to announce the ratio in which V Group shareholders will be rewarded for their participation.
For every 12 shares of V Group, Inc. that are held by a shareholder on October 31, 2017, the participating shareholder will
receive 1 share of Leaf of Faith.
