Blockchain Joint Venture
As previously announced in a press release dated October 20, 2017, the Company has entered into
a joint venture arrangement with DLT Labs Inc., a private global leader in the development and implementation of Blockchain
solutions for enterprises, to deliver Blockchain technology into the hospitality POS ecosystem including developing a real-time
transaction and inventory management system. The parties are currently pursuing this business opportunity.
