V.YDX.H

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 22, 2017) - YDreams Global Interactive Technologies Inc. (TSXV: YD) (OTC Pink: YDRMF) (FSE: A2AP0L) ("YDreams Global" or the "Company) is pleased to announce that it opened its first Arkave VR store this week.

The first Arkave VR, a product fully owned and developed by YDreams Global, opened its doors this week at the Parque D. Pedro Shopping, in the state of São Paulo. The mall receives over one million visitors every month (a total of 22.8 million visitors in 2016) and belongs to the Sonae Sierra Group.

Sonae Sierra (BVMF: SSBR3) is a retail real estate company that invests in, develops, and manages shopping centers and operates in 11 different countries with a portfolio of 48 shopping malls. Negotiations have started to expand the Arkave VR to other malls operated by this group.

Arkave VR is a Location Based Virtual Reality Entertainment Gaming Arena, created and developed by YDreams Global, that brings the most immersive and interactive Virtual Reality Experience to shopping malls and other popular spots. Clients can pay by the minute to play VR games that are exclusive to Arkave. The different contents create an addictive experience that brings people back regularly.

New Arkave VR stores are being negotiated in the franchising business model with rapid scalability. With a fast ROI and low monthly costs, Arkave is great option for people looking for a new business to run and initial requests for licensing have been strong. YDreams Global would retain a monthly revenue stream from any franchise with zero cost outlay by YDreams Global, providing a potentially significant growth driver in 2018.

"We have showcased Arkave in many franchising and mall events in North and South America, the feedback has been very impressive and we are negotiating opening stores in five different countries, including the United States, Canada and Mexico. Virtual Reality arcades are a fast growing industry and we are in the cutting edge of it, becoming one of the best options for the thousands of VR facilities in the world. It´s low cost to setup and brings an experience that you just can´t have at home. The Company's goal is to have at least 100 stores opened in the next 24 months. In China alone there are over 2,000 arcade facilities that could benefit with YDreams Global new technology. This could mean a significant new source of revenue with higher profit rates then the other businesses that the Company currently runs. We have been building our connections in China and the Middle East all through 2017 and look forward to potentially crystalizing those relationships in 2018,"said Daniel Japiassu, CEO of YDreams Global.

"Arkave could also become a global leader for VR eSports and the first network in the world with this content, it is important for us to move fast and expand aggressively in the first half of 2018. This is the first of many stores, either owned by YDreams Global or licensed as a franchise. Arkave is a game changer and I couldn´t be happier to launch the first store before the holiday season. With our new collaboration with blockchain technology leaders in ESports Ubique, YDreams is positioned to have a significant growth cycle in 2018," declared Francisco Chaves, Head of Arkave.
