(Nasdaq: ESCA) and global leader in sports and outdoor recreational equipment, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Vuly™, a worldwide leader in trampolines and swing sets, to become the exclusive North American distributor of Vuly products.  The agreement will significantly strengthen Escalade Sports' position in the outdoor recreation category by providing exciting opportunities for new and existing customers.

Core to the company's strategy of strengthening its position in established and emerging sports and outdoor recreational activities, the agreement with Vuly allows Escalade Sports to provide products in outdoor family recreation that complement its in-ground recreational basketball brands, Goalrilla™ and Goalsetter®, and its playground brand, Woodplay®.
