The actual number of shares purchased for cancellation, the timing of the purchases and the price at which the shares are bought
will depend on market conditions. Obviously if management decides it has a better use of these funds to increase shareholder value,
it is under no obligation to continue to buy shares in the open market. All purchases will be executed through Echelon Wealth
Partners.
There are a few regulations designed to restrict a company from using a normal course issuer bid to influence the price of the
shares in the open market.
- A purchase cannot be made at a price that is higher than the last independent trade of a board lot, and
- A purchase cannot be made at the opening of trading, or within the last 30 minutes before the close of trading.
