TORONTO, Feb. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ARHT Media Inc. (“ARHT” or the “Company”)
(TSX-V:ART), creators of digital human holograms called HumaGrams™ announced today that it has granted a total of 2,500,000 options
to various directors, officers, consultants and employees under the stock option plan of the Company. The options are exercisable
at a price of $0.74 per option and shall expire on February 20, 2023. The options shall vest in three equal tranches, with the
first tranche vesting on the date of grant, the second tranche vesting on February 20, 2019 and the third tranche vesting on
February 20, 2020, all subject to a four month regulatory hold period. The grant of options remains subject to regulatory
approval.
