National Bank declares dividends

MONTREAL, Feb. 28, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - National Bank of Canada's (TSX: NA) Board of Directors declared a dividend on its common shares of $0.60 per share for the quarter ending April 30, 2018. This dividend is payable on May 1, 2018 to common shareholders of record on March 26, 2018.

The Board of Directors also declared quarterly dividends on the following series of first preferred shares. These dividends are payable on May 15, 2018 to preferred shareholders of record on April 9, 2018.

The above-mentioned dividends on the common and preferred shares are designated as eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar applicable provincial legislation.
