AudioEye will present three educational sessions on Thursday, March 22 nd designed to bridge the knowing-doing gap between advocacy and business.

"We're excited to participate another year in the CSUN conference, and we've designed our sessions to provide information on making progress with simple, reasonable steps that every company should start with to get on a path for equal access to their digital content," said AudioEye CEO Todd Bankofier. "The Internet is the great equalizer of our time, and access to the information and convenience it provides is the right of every individual. So, at AudioEye we see accessibility being first about people, then about compliance. When as much as 15% of the population is impacted by a range of disabilities that can impede their access to digital content, industry leaders are remiss on multiple levels if they're not addressing their web accessibility."

AudioEye Team Leaders will be presenting the following hour-long sessions during the conference, on Thursday, March 22, at the Manchester Grand Hotel in the Mission Beach AB on the third floor, between the Harbor and Seaport Towers:

8:00 AM     Vendors neglecting accessibility? Tips for invoking vendor remedial action.

Led by AudioEye Co-founder, President and Chief Technology Officer, Sean Bradley and Vice President of Sales, Dan Sullivan, the session will discuss the company's experience streamlining integration and techniques that foster higher levels of ADA-related compliance by third party technology and services.

"Even when a company is committed to accessibility on their site, there are so many third-party platforms and plug-ins integrated into the web experience. We want to share insight on managing third party integrations to maintain accessibility," said Bradley.

9:00 AM     Making Accessibility Accessible to Small and Mid-Markets

Presented by Sean Bradley and Dan Sullivan, this session was designed to address solutions for companies without in-house resources to achieve accessibility efficiently.

"Given the rise in lower-end markets of ADA-related legal action, we want to arm small- and mid-size companies with the facts," said Sullivan. "They need to achieve and maintain accessibility, but we want them to be informed so they can devise the best path for them, without falling victim to predatory actions devised to force settlement for money, rather than accessibility."

10:00 AM     Incremental Steps to Achieving Accessibility Success

Presented by Tyler D'Amore, AudioEye Director of Strategic Accounts and Maxie Adler, Customer Experience Manager, this session was designed to outline practical steps to achieving an effective accessibility strategy.

"If we position accessibility as 'all or nothing,' too many industry leaders and small businesses will opt for 'nothing,'" said D'Amore. "In many instances, the idea of tacking an entire body of digital assets is overwhelming — so many companies choose to roll the dice and wait until they are compelled by complaints or legal action. We want to provide steps for getting to full accessibility, starting with key areas."

In addition to educational sessions, AudioEye CEO Todd Bankofier will participate on a panel to discuss Case Studies for Integrating Certification into Accessibility Strategies in conjunction with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). "We are firm believers in certification through the IAAP," said Bankofier. "In fact, AudioEye covers the cost of certification tests for CPACC and WAS, and provides our team with a bonus when they pass. Our goal is to achieve 100% company certification, right now our team has achieved 25 IAAP certifications — more than any other company in the world."

Case Studies for Integrating Certification into Accessibility Strategies will be Thursday, March 22 at 1:20 PM in Cortez Hill C, on the third floor of Seaport Tower at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

The Company will participate as an exhibitor with team on staff to conduct product demonstrations from Booths 412 and 414 in the exposition hall. AudioEye will introduce three new corporate videos, including "Meet the Man in Blue," an overview of the Ally Toolbar.

"The Ally Toolbar is a game-changing tool that addresses the range of challenges that can inhibit a website visitor's ability to fully interact with and consume digital content. Developed with considerations including dyslexic fonts, adjustments to color contrast, font size and navigation, keyboard controls, a player that will read visitors content, and the ability to use voice commands to navigate, the Ally Toolbar is embedded in our clients' sites to help end users without their own assistive technology more effectively access and/or consume digital information. We're excited to be participating in CSUN again this year and look forward to learning from our fellow attendees about the advancements made to assistive technology that will help promote greater inclusivity."
