(“NI”) 43-101 technical report on the resource update for the Company’s Baptiste Deposit at its 100%-owned Decar
Nickel District in central British Columbia, prepared by Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. and GeoSim Services Inc. and dated
February 26, 2018. The technical report is also available on the Company’s website at www.fpxnickel.com.
The positive results of the NI 43-101 resource estimate were previously announced in the Company’s news release
