complete its long-awaited Audit, early within this 2nd quarter. In addition, the Company has completed a ‘soft-launch’ of the “Meso App” through the Google Play store and continues to experience
incredible success and feedback.

remains enthusiastic for a ‘hard-launch’ of the application on both App stores.
