Company”) (OTC Pink:KEWL) today announced the official voting results of its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. As certified by
the independent Inspector of Elections, IVS Associates, Inc., Keweenaw shareholders have elected Cornwall Capital Management, LP’s
(“Cornwall”) nominees Ian Haft, Steve Winch and Paul Sonkin to the Company’s Board of Directors.
