named to Forbes magazine’s 2018 list of America’s Best Midsize Employers. According to Forbes, Car-Mart is
America’s 6th best midsize employer in the retail/wholesale sector, and is one of only five Arkansas-based companies to
make the list, coming in at 183rd out of 500 companies across all industries.

The employers comprising the list were chosen by Forbes based on an independent survey conducted by
Statista. The survey included more than 30,000 American employees working for U.S. companies with at least 1,000 workers. The
ranking was then divided into two lists: one for the top large companies with more than 5,000 employees, and another for the top
midsize companies with less than 5,000 employees. Respondents were asked how likely they would be to recommend their employer
to friends or family, as well as if they would recommend other employers in their industry. Other factors included workforce
diversity, compensation and opportunities for advancement.
