Analysis for the financial year ended December 31, 2017 (the “Amended Annual MD&A”), which Amended Annual MD&A can be
viewed under the Company’s profile at www.sedar.com. The amendments to the MD&A
include the following:
- under Significant Highlights, to state that revenues increased by 648% rather than by 748%, and that
operating expenses increased by 48% rather than by 148%; and
- under Results of Operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, to state
that for the three month period ended December 31, 2017 revenue increased by 404% rather than 504%; that gross profit for the
twelve month ended December 31, 2017 increased by 480% rather than by 580%; and that expenses for the twelve month period ended
December 31, 2017 increased by 48% rather than by 148%.
