Inc. (RBC GAM Inc.) today announced the refiling of the Management Report of Fund Performance (MFRP) for RBC Strategic Global
Dividend Leaders ETF (ticker: RLD). The purpose of the refiling is to correct an inadvertent misstatement of the management
expense ratio for the ETF from 0.45% to 0.61%.
No other changes were made to the MRFP. The refiled MRFP will be available on the RBC ETFs website at www.rbcgam.com/etfs and on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. RBC GAM Inc. intends to update the ETF's offering documents to reflect
this correction.
