("Tinka" or the "Company") (TSXV & BVL: TK) (OTCPK: TKRFF) announces the granting of stock
options (the "Options") to certain directors, officers and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 4,345,000 common shares
(the "Optioned Shares") of the Company at an exercise price of $0.50 per Optioned Share,
expiring on the date that is four years from the date of grant. The Options were issued pursuant to the terms of the Company's
Option Plan and are subject to a vesting provision that prevents holders thereof from exercising the Options for a period of
twelve months from the date of grant.
