that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ForaCare Inc. of Moorpark, CA to address hardware availability for iUGO Care
customers.

blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring device is SIM card-enabled and ideally suited to these applications. This
partnership will allow us to work closely with ForaCare on forecasts to ensure adequate device supply for our clients going
forward.
