announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend to August 20, 2018 the expiry date of 16,450,000 common share
purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) that were previously set to expire on May 20, 2018. Each Warrant is exercisable for one common
share in the capital of the Company for an exercise price of $0.10.
