“Corporation” or “CEMATRIX”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of offer of
credit with the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Corporation’s senior banking partner (the “Financing”).
The proceeds of the Financing will be used to fund the purchase price for the acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of
MixOnSite USA, Inc. (“MOS”). As previously announced on May 1, 2018, the Acquisition was expected to close on May
15, 2018. In order to allow for the Financing to be completed, the closing of the Acquisition has been moved to May 31, 2018.
