Agreements (“Sales Agreement”) with Air Treatment Corporation (“Air Treatment”).
Under the terms of the Sales Agreement, Air Treatment has been authorized to sell Vancouver based SHARC products
throughout the California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada and, U.S. island territory of Guam in Micronesia,
effective immediately.
