Cineplex Inc. Announces Results of Voting for Directors at Annual Shareholders' Meeting

TORONTO, May 28, 2018 /CNW/ - (TSX: CGX) - Cineplex Inc. ("Cineplex") is pleased to announce the results for the election of its directors at the May 25, 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Each of the nominee directors listed in Cineplex's Management Information Circular dated March 31, 2018 was elected as a director, without a vote by ballot being conducted. Cineplex received proxies with regard to voting on the ten directors nominated for election, directing as set forth in the table below:

The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the corporation was approved.  Votes were received as follows:

Advisory Vote on Executive Compensation:
The advisory resolution to accept the approach of non-binding say-on-pay set forth in the management information circular on the Corporation's approach to executive compensation.  Votes were received as follows:
