other oilfield related businesses, today announced the opening of their subsidiary’s MG Cleaners LLC new location in Alice,
Texas.
Mr. Matt Flemming, CEO of SMG, stated, "We are pleased to expand our products and services to the South Texas area. By
opening a facility in Alice, Texas, we can reach those drilling operators and E & P companies that requested we offer our products

The Eagle Ford in South Texas has about 88 rigs currently operating; approximately 81% of which are operated by existing SMG
Industries customers. South Texas rigs will be serviced through SMG’s new location in Alice, TX. Given the current price of
WTI many E&P companies have expanded their drilling programs through the end of 2018 picking up more rigs. Technology is
driving faster drilling cycles which should continue to grow demand for SMG’s rig washing services along with their proprietary
industrial degreaser Miracle Blue™.
