Thomas, Chair of the Board of Directors of FortisAlberta, today advised that Karl Bomhof,
President and Chief Executive Officer, has submitted his resignation to pursue other career opportunities effective June 15, 2018.
"We wish Karl all the best in his future endeavours and thank him for his contribution since joining the FortisAlberta team
over a decade ago," said Roger Thomas.
David Hutchens, Executive Vice President, Western Utility Operations, Fortis Inc., will provide interim leadership to FortisAlberta through a transition period until a successor is
appointed.
