Technical Reports (the "Technical Reports") each with an effective date of April 30, 2018, in support of the Preliminary Economic
Assessment Reports for the Mato Bula Gold-Copper Project, Terakimti Heap Leach Gold Project and Da Tambuk Underground Gold Project,
all located in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. (see East Africa News Release dated April 30, 2018).
The Technical Reports are a requirement of Canadian Securities Regulators. The Technical Reports were prepared
