Representative Agreements (“Sales Agreement”) with Frontier Refrigeration & Mechanical Services Ltd.
(“Frontier”).
Under the terms of the Sales Agreement, Frontier has been authorized to sell Vancouver based SHARC products
throughout the Province of Manitoba, effective immediately.
