GTx Added to the Russell 3000® Index
GTx, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTXI) today announced that it has been added to the Russell 3000® Index as part of the Russell U.S.
Indexes annual reconstitution. The addition will take effect after the U.S. market opens on June 25.
Annual Russell U.S. Indexes reconstitution captures the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks as of May 11, ranking them by total market

Russell determines membership for its Russell U.S. Indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style
attributes.
Russell U.S. Indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors as the basis for index funds and as
benchmarks for active investment strategies. Approximately $9 trillion in assets are benchmarked against Russell U.S. Indexes.
