Peter Macy resigns as CEO and Director —

VANCOUVER, June 25, 2018 /CNW/ - INTEGRITY GAMING CORP. (TSX-V: IGAM) (OTCQX: IGAMF) ("Integrity" or the "Company") today announces that Peter Macy has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company to pursue other interests. Robert Miodunski, currently a Director of the Company, has been named interim CEO. The Board will commence an immediate search for Mr. Macy's successor.

"The Board thanks Peter for his years of service and leadership," said David Danziger, the Chairman of Integrity.  "We wish him the very best in his future endeavours."

Robert Miodunski will assume the CEO role on an interim basis effective immediately.  Mr. Macy will be available to assist with the transition as required. Mr. Miodunski is a veteran gaming executive and was previously Chairman and CEO of AGS, LLC (formerly, American Gaming Systems, Inc.) and President and CEO of Alliance Gaming Corporation, the predecessor company to Bally Technologies, Inc. and now Scientific Games Corporation. "I can't imagine a better person than Bob to transition the Company into new leadership. We are lucky to have him," noted David Danziger.
