Chase Pay and Tock Partner to Unlock Exclusive Culinary Experiences for Chase Customers

Seamless integration lets customers easily book reservations on Tock using Chase Pay

Tock® and Chase Pay® are reinventing the culinary experience for millions of Chase cardholders by integrating into Tock’s restaurant booking system and offering customers exclusive access to everything from chef’s tables to winery tours, pop-ups, curated menus, and events.

Customers will be able to book Tock experiences through Chase Pay, using their Chase credit or debit card, Chase Ultimate Rewards® points, or a combination of the two -- instantly and securely, with the click of a button. Additionally, Tock and Chase will curate unique culinary events around the country designed for Chase customers. The exclusive partnership begins later this summer.

Tock was created by Nick Kokonas, an award-winning restaurateur who wanted to fundamentally change the way restaurants businesses are run. Tock’s platform includes a reservation engine, dynamic table management, and integrated customer relationship management for restaurants of all sizes. The online booking system works with some of the best known restaurants, wineries, pop ups, and events across the globe, helping them sell culinary experiences, reduce no-shows and increase revenues.

When Chase Pay users reserve their favorite culinary event through Tock, they will have access to tables, reservation times, tastings, chef-led experiences and other opportunities they can’t get anywhere else.

Chase Pay is a mobile app and digital engagement platform that enables users to pay merchants in stores and online. Any Chase customer with an eligible personal Chase Visa debit or credit card, like Chase Sapphire or Freedom, can use Chase Pay and cards are preloaded for convenience. Customers can use the Chase Pay app to access additional features like the ability to redeem points at checkout, order and pay for takeout, and access to special offers.
