information circular (the “Circular”) dated May 21, 2018 were elected as directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on
June 26, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario (the “Meeting”). A total of 316,651,813 common shares (approximately 83.21% of the outstanding
common shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
