CACI Appoints Executive Vice President Mike Hale to Lead Intelligence Systems and Support, Cyber Security, and Space Operations and Resiliency Market Areas

CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has appointed Executive Vice President Mike Hale to lead CACI’s National and Cyber Solutions group responsible for its Intelligence Systems and Support, Cyber Security, and Space Operations and Resiliency market areas serving customers in the Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. He reports to CACI President of U.S. Operations DeEtte Gray.

CACI’s Intelligence Systems and Support solutions provide capabilities in such areas as digital signals intelligence, delivering advances in intelligence-gathering and analysis for greater situational awareness and operational advantage. In its Cyber Security market area, CACI combines signals intelligence with proven cyber and electronic warfare experience to protect vulnerable platforms as well as provide offensive cyber capabilities against adversarial platforms. For Space Operations and Resiliency, CACI delivers technology and support to launch, operate, and exploit systems in the space domain, and protect the space enterprise from attack.

Mr. Hale joined CACI in 2017 as Vice President and Intelligence Community Client Executive, coming to the company after a distinguished career as a U.S. Air Force and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) senior leader. His credentials include appointments as Director of the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate, Deputy Program Executive Officer for Services for the Air Force, Deputy Procurement Executive and Competition Advocate for the NRO, and Deputy Program Executive Officer for Signals Intelligence System Acquisitions at the NRO. He joined CACI’s National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) group later that year to lead growth initiatives in digital signals processing and interoperable tactical solutions, and now assumes leadership of the entire organization.

According to Mr. Hale, “CACI is at the forefront of developing unique and groundbreaking solutions in a wide range of areas that will bring significant value to our customers in the Intelligence and Defense communities, Homeland Security, and the space enterprise. I look forward to leading the continued growth of our capabilities in these areas and delivering their benefits to our government and our nation.”

Ms. Gray said, “Mike Hale gives us rich insight into key market areas that are vitally important to both CACI’s growth goals and America’s national security. His proven expertise will advance our capability to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the most critical missions securing our nation and protecting our troops. He combines this expertise with strong leadership experience that will make him a valuable contributor to our senior leadership team and the execution of our growth strategy.”
