Trademark Office has issued U.S. Patent No. 10,004,445. The patent covers novel technology that enhances DPNCheck®
device performance by detecting and rejecting erroneous test conditions during nerve conduction studies.
This patent further strengthens the position of the Company in offering easy-to-use, automated and accurate point-of-care
neuropathy testing.

DPNCheck is a quantitative nerve conduction test that is used by physicians and health care professionals to evaluate systemic
