Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF; FSE: 1GK) is pleased to
announce that Midwest Transit Inc., “MTE” of Kankakee, Illinois, has chosen Gatekeeper to supply a minimum of US$1.5 million of
mobile video system products and services. The contract is for the 18-month period from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 and
represents a commitment by MTE to specify and recommend Gatekeeper products and services on its own fleet, and for use by its
customers.
Midwest Transit Equipment is one of the largest bus distributors in the U.S., with operating
locations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri. The company is a distributor for IC Bus, a subsidiary of Navistar,
as well as for Collins Bus, Starcraft, ElDorado, Elkhart Coach, Braun Corp., Berkshire Coach, and MV-1.

aggressive growth plan with both an organic and acquisition strategy throughout North America.
