appointment of Rachel Colic and Stephen Pynn to the Company's Senior Management Team. As VP Brand
Strategy, Ms. Colic will be responsible for leading the Company's strategic marketing endeavours including positioning for the
PURE family of brands in both the medical and adult-use markets. As VP Corporate Development, Mr. Pynn will assume responsibility
for PURE's corporate strategic objectives and investor communications.

Podcast™, a show focused on women and their love of cannabis; and a mentor and advisor for Leaf Forward, Canada's first cannabis business-accelerator program. Prior to joining the Company, Rachel spent four years
working exclusively in the cannabis space with Licensed Producers, ancillary service companies and startups in the both the US
and Canada.

team. Stephen's focus was primarily on the cannabis sector, having been involved in numerous financings and public offerings.
Prior to that, Stephen worked at CIBC World Markets from 2007 to 2017 specializing in North American equities. Stephen holds a
B.Comm (Hons.) degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland .
