Request for Environmental Assessment Extension Denied

CALGARY, July 19, 2018 /CNW/ - Yellowhead Mining Inc. ("Yellowhead" or the "Company") (TSX.V: YMI) reports the decision by the BC Environment Ministry on the Company's request for an extension for its Environmental Assessment Application has been denied.

The BC Environmental Assessment Office (BC EAO) has decided not to grant the Company's extension request and has terminated the Company's Environmental Assessment Application. Their letter to the Company is available on the BC EAO website.

The Company is considering its alternatives in light of this development.

Yellowhead Mining Inc. is a development stage company with a 100% interest in the Project, located in the North Thompson - Nicola region of British Columbia, Canada.
