EDMONTON, Alberta, Aug. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- John K. Assman ("Mr. Assman") announces
that he has ceased to be a 10% securityholder of Claim Post Resources Inc. ("Claim Post"). On August 2, 2018,
Claim Post completed a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 130,000,000 common shares of
Claim Post. Mr. Assman did not participate in the Private Placement. However, after giving effect to the number of common shares of
Claim Post issued under the Private Placement, the holdings of Mr. Assman decreased to less than 10% of the issued and outstanding
common shares of Claim Post on a non-diluted basis.
Immediately prior to the Private Placement, both personally and through a controlled entity named Kluskus
Holdings Ltd. ("Kluskus"), Mr. Assman had beneficial ownership and control of an aggregate of 21,331,313 common
shares of Claim Post, representing approximately 11.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Claim Post on a non-diluted
basis. Immediately after the Private Placement, both personally and through Kluskus, Mr. Assman had beneficial ownership and
control of an aggregate of 21,331,313 common shares of Claim Post, representing less than 10% of the issued and outstanding common
shares of Claim Post on a non-diluted basis.
Mr. Assman's interest in CPS is for investment purposes only. Mr. Assman and Kluskus have no current intention
of making a take-over bid for CPS. Mr. Assman and Kluskus reserve the right from time to time to purchase additional shares or to
dispose of shares held by Kluskus and/or Mr. Assman.
