More than 30 Charitable Organizations Across the Globe Supported by 2018 Grant Awards from TTEC

Education-focused foundation grants awards based on employees' requests for their community

DENVER, Aug. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global customer experience technology and services provider focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the world's most iconic and disruptive brands, today announced an overview of grant awards from the company's foundation, TeleTech Community Foundation, for the first half of 2018.

Serving the foundation's mission of providing resources and assistance to transform the educational experience of students in greatest need, the company provided financial support to more than 30 organizations through the first half of 2018. These organizations are in a variety of locations where TTEC operates; including the United States, Mexico, Canada, the Philippines, and Brazil. Grants have been awarded to schools, special education centers, youth programs, and other education-based organizations. The grants were sponsored by TTEC employees who live and work in the communities where the charitable organizations operate. 

Here are some of the organizations that received grants during the first half of 2018:  

  • The Challenge Program - Uniontown, Pennsylvania
  • Denver Health's School-Based Health Centers - Denver, Colorado
  • Dyslexia Association of the Pennyrile - Hopkinsville, Kentucky
  • Fredericton Boys & Girls Club - New Brunswick, Canada
  • Instituto Cáritas Granja Viana - Sao Paulo, Brazil
  • Puga Elementary School - Iloilo City, Philippines
