(CSE: SHRC) (FSE: IWIA) (OTCQB: INTWF) ("SHARC") is pleased to announce that Paul C. Aucoin has joined SHARC Energy
Systems in a newly created position as Regional Manager, heading up the sales department and as a member of the executive team,
reporting to CEO Lynn Mueller. Paul will be responsible for SHARC's overall sales execution and go-to-market activities.
Paul Aucoin is one of the original founders of SHARC, providing his sales and technical expertise to the
operation in its early beginnings. Paul’s firm was one of the original distributors of SHARC products and is very familiar
with our products and services.
