Heartland Express has received the distinguished “Carrier of the Year” award for FedEx Express eleven times in
the last twelve years and eight years in a row. Heartland Express has reached nearly perfect service levels over the last
five years with 2018 at 99.96% on time, on over 18,000 shipments during the year, with 99.97% in 2017, 99.96% in 2016, 99.92% in
2015 and 99.82% in 2014.
