2017 audit.

Management, with the guidance of counsel, has created a plan to not only qualify for the OTCQB, but thrive once listed there.
This includes the filing of a Form 10 with the SEC, a corporate restructuring to qualify for the exchange and finally, the approval
from the SEC and OTC Markets.
