Inc. (NYSE: THG) today announced Kathleen S. Lane has been elected to the company's
board of directors, effective immediately. Lane, 61, has more than 30 years of professional experience in information technology,
including serving as the chief information officer with three public companies.
Over the course of her career, Lane has held senior roles at several Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she served as
executive vice president and chief information officer at The TJX Companies, Inc. Prior to joining TJX, Lane was group chief
information officer at National Grid. In addition, she served as chief information officer at the Gillette Company, at GE Oil
& Gas and GE Vendor Financial Services. She also served as director, technology services of Pepsi Cola
International, and began her career at The Procter & Gamble Company.

Lane earned a bachelor's degree from The State University of New York, Albany, and a Master of
Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in management information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Lane is also a director of Armstrong Flooring, Inc., a leading global producer
of flooring products. She previously served as a director of EarthLink Holdings Corp., an IT services, network and communications
provider, and of Bob Evans Farms, Inc., an operator of 500+ restaurants and producer and distributer of food products.
