Western Pacific Trust Company Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX-V:WP) (the "Company") announces that stock options were granted to a director under the Company’s Stock Option Plan for a total of 25,000 common shares on September 13, 2018.

The options were granted at an exercise price of 7 cents per share, for a 4 year term to expire September 13, 2022.

The options will vest as to 8,000 at December 31, 2018, 8,000 at December 31, 2019 and 9,000 at December 2020.

The above-noted option grants will leave a balance of 2,278,711 common shares reserved for issuance under the Company’s Stock Option Plan.
