“Company”), a provider of healthcare services, has received its probationary licenses for detox and residential levels of care at
its recently acquired premises at 5400 East Avenue, West Palm Beach Florida (the “Property”). Ethema is now licensed for a full
continuum of care that can be provided at one location and has set Monday, October 1, 2018 as the first day it will take clients
for its newly licensed levels of care at the new facility. The Company now has licenses for care as follows; 48 beds of inpatient
detoxification, 6 beds for intensive inpatient, 66 beds for residential level 1, and 32 beds of partial hospitalization with
community housing. In addition, the Company has licenses for intensive outpatient and outpatient care at its new facilities.

Ethema will concentrate its operations at the new property and, with the transfer of the license for partial hospitalization
with community housing, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care from Delray Beach to West Palm Beach, the Company will lease its
facilities at 810 Andrews Avenue for a period of two years to a Psychiatrist specializing in addiction treatment. Ethema will
continue to use its 810 Andrews Avenue property for community housing for the time being but will look to relocate these beds
closer to West Palm Beach, allowing the Company to realize on the development value of this well located property. The Company has
not yet completed the purchase of the West Palm Beach property but is working diligently on completing that process and expects to
finalize a transaction in the very near future.
