NI 43-101 on the Sun Group
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 2, 2018) - International Zeolite Corp. (TSXV: IZ) (OTCQB: IZCFF) (FSE:
ZEON) (the "Company"), an international marketer and supplier of natural zeolite and zeolite products, is pleased to share an
update on the work conducted on the Company's Bromley Creek and Sun Group zeolite properties between May and September 2018.
Bromley Creek
The Company completed a new NI 43-101 on the Bromley Creek in September. International Zeolite's 30.8 hectare mine lease quarry
is located within the Company's 1585 hectare property. The report states the measured resource estimate within the zeolite quarry
area is adequate to meet current requirements. A work program is proposed on the Bromley Creek property to upgrade categories of
resource blocks beyond the quarry area south of Bromley Creek through geological mapping, mechanized trenching and additional
diamond drilling. The report was filed on Sedar September 25, 2018.
GPR Survey
Ground-penetrating radar is a geophysical method using radar pulses to image the subsurface. It is a nondestructive method using
electromagnetic radiation in the microwave band (UHF/VHF frequencies) of the radio spectrum and detects the reflected signals from
subsurface structures. The Company conducted the GPR survey to determine the depth of overburden overlying the zeolite deposit on
the Bromley Creek claims.
Sun Group
A NI 43-101 was completed on the Sun Group and the author of the report states "that the Property is a property of merit and
further exploration is warranted." A program of diamond core drilling is recommended to extend the zeolitized horizon to the north
and east to confirm the existence of the zeolitized horizon and further define the 10-metre bedrock thickness contour in those
directions to build a current resource by moving some of the historic resource to current resource status. The Company has
maintained the 949 hectare Sun Group since 2004 and is preparing the property for future development. The report was filed on Sedar
on July 6, 2018.
Ray Paquette, CEO states, "Over the summer zeolite has been trucked from our Bromley Creek quarry to the processing facility in
Kamloops for processing, packaging, shipping and inventory. The Company has seen an increase in demand from the agriculture sector
for our current products for animal feed. Recently there has been a new demand for our zeolite in the absorbent and bulk road salt
replacement markets and water filtration. International Zeolite continues to work with researchers in varied markets to develop new
and innovative solutions and there will be results to share in the near future."
