Associated Banc-Corp Announces Increase in Common Stock Dividend

GREEN BAY, Wis., Oct. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) ("Associated") today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on December 17, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2018.  This is an increase of $0.02 from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3828125 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 6.125% Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on December 17, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2018.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3359375 per depositary share on Associated's 5.375% Series D Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on December 17, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2018.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03223090 per depositary share on Associated's 5.875% Series E Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on December 17, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2018.
