ELS Announces 2019 Dividends
Declares Fourth Quarter 2018 Dividends
The Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ELS) (referred to herein as “we,” “us” and “our”) has approved
setting the annual dividend rate for 2019 at $2.45 per common share, an increase of $0.25 over the current $2.20 per common share
for 2018. Our Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, will determine the amount of each quarterly dividend in advance of
payment.
Our Board of Directors also declared a fourth quarter 2018 dividend of $0.55 per common share, representing, on an annualized
basis, a dividend of $2.20 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 11, 2019 to stockholders of record on December
28, 2018.
