“Company”), a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (“TMS”) therapy in the United
States for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (“MDD”), is pleased to announce the expansion of its TMS
Center network into the Greater Houston region. As part of Greenbrook’s continued expansion into the State of Texas, the Company
will begin operating a TMS Center in Sugar Land, Texas under the clinical leadership of Dr. Kimberly Cress, a current member of the
Board of Directors of the Clinical TMS Society, and a leader in the field of TMS and neuromodulation.
Greenbrook expects to open additional TMS Centers in the Greater Houston area as part of its regional
development strategy.
